It has been 30 years since the East Berlin punk band DIE SKEPTIKER released their first official album ‘Sauerei’ in 1991, after a few illegal tapes in the former Soviet sector. 30 years on, it is a distinct pleasure and honour for ROME’s mastermind Jerome Reuter to celebrate the occasion with another collaborative effort with original lead vocalist Eugen Balanskat.

After 2019’s ‘Hinter den Mauern der Stadt’, this is the second time both singers team up for a new interpretation of such classic material and give a “Deutsch-Punk” anthem a new coat of paint.

This collaboration is available as a 7” vinyl, featuring Reuter’s haunting German-language song ‘Aphrodite’ on the B-side.
